Habitat for Humanity of the West Valley selected Reset Studios to develop a design for 16 units on a very difficult site in the City of Glendale. Sticking true to the mission of providing simple, affordable housing to families in need, the current design uses tried and true planning strategies, simple incorporation of ecologically-sensitive materials, and the inclusion of a few twists to let everyone (especially the future residents) know the designers were paying attention.
